HPA performed a Historic Structure Assessment (commissioned by Faith Action/Historic Denver) and was retained to provide full architectural services for restoration of this inner-city church. Constructed as Bethany Swedish Evangelical Lutheran Church in 1909, the structure served in that capacity until 1957. Designed in Gothic Revival style, it features a truncated cross-shaped plan and a flat-roofed stair tower. The relatively small three-story masonry structure also boasts historically significant stained glass windows by Art T. Lauder.
